Class Stuff

My next class, the Thanksgiving card, is coming up soon on Monday, Nov. 30 at 2:oo p.m. It's almost full!!! Wooohooo for me!! I still can't believe my classes are filling up! It is such a great feeling and I love getting to meet so many new people. Mom opening this store has been one of the greatest things that has ever happened to me. It's made me peek out of my shell a little, (I used to be really shy) , and it's helped me to discover a hobby that I absolutely love and can't seem to get enough of!

Speaking of the store, you will not believe how full it is. We've been getting a lot of orders in here lately and then today we got two more orders and one of them is huge!! The store looks almost like it is bursting at the seams. If we get to much more stuff in we'll have to start displaying stuff on the sidewalk!

The class last night went great. The woman in it were so nice and friendly. I had such a good time getting to know them and talking about scrapbooking styles, favorites, and ideas. They were really a fun group. I got so many ideas for projects that I can't wait to get to work on them!!! One brought in a mini album that she had done that is just adorable. I could tell by looking at it that she has got some talent!

New Page

I get about a week of rest and then it's work, work, work, again. I've got to get my Nov. class projects done and then start thinking about Dec. and Jan. classes. It's never ending!!! That's okay though cause I love it and makes me get some things done that I might have put off any other time.

I can hear Drew screaming so it must be time for me to go!!

Normal Again

Finally life seems to be back to somewhat normal, if you can ever call me normal. My retreat class went great. We had a lot of fun and each person left with an Allison Stitching Starter Kit. It was full of goodies like my templates, which may be sold at the store soon, needles, and emb. floss.

My Halloween paint can and door hanger class was last night and it was a full house! It was such a fun group of ladies. We really had a good time and some interesting conversations. The next class I have (the Hey You all occasion cards) is almost full with only two spots left. I'm hoping it will be full since it's still about a week away.

It's just so nice to be back on a normal schedule. The retreat had us all running constantly for about two weeks but the outcome really made it worth it. This Monday we started getting a lot of calls for the one in the spring. I can't wait for it...I'm hoping that I will get to stay all weekend instead of just teaching a class!!
