It's not often that I make cards but I have to admit it was kind of fun. It gave me the opportunity to play in a short amount of time. I can see myself making lots more of these.
This card is based on the sketch this week at Sketch Support. If you haven't already, you should definitely go check out the other creations from our Creative Team. And today is a great time to do that since we've got a giveaway from one of our January sponsors, BasicGrey.
Fantastic card! Love the layered hearts and stitching!

ReplyDeletePersonally I am awaiting pages on the site Looking forward to those!
Great card!
ReplyDeleteAli, just wondering, do you stitch onto a cardstock with your patterned paper? I'm wondering about the "flimsyness" of the patterned paper and stitching.
ReplyDeleteI stitched on just the patterned paper. The paper was a heavy enough weight that it was okay. If I am every worried about it I add cardstock behind whatever I'm stitching on. :)
ReplyDeletelove love the colors and the stitiching. Great job Allison!
ReplyDeleteOh Allison. I look forward to many more of your card creations. The hearts are amazing, and of course, I love the stitching.
ReplyDeleteYour hand stitching never ceases to amaze me. You ROCK it every time.
