I see the Pocket Pages much like I see a sketch. One, because they can be a great starting point and two, they both make scrapbooking easier which allows me to have more fun with the little details and hand touches I like to add. The layout/sketch I made this month really shows that.
Here's a look at the new sketch:
If you want to download the full sketch with measurements and placements be sure to visit the Simple Stories blog and check out my post. You can find the link to download the sketch right under the picture of the sketch.
Here's a look at my layout based on the sketch:
There are a lot more pictures in my post at Simple Stories if you want to see all the little details.
Giveaway Time!
I'm going to do like I have in the past whenever I have a new layout and sketch posted at Simple Stories...a giveaway! I'm going to give away a copy of either Scrapbook Generation's Sketch Fusion with Simple Stories or Scrapbook Generation's Sketch Magic with Simple Stories (winner's choice) to two people.
To be eligible for the giveaway leave a comment on this post AND my post at Simple Stories. Be sure to use the same name on both posts so I know who is who! I'll randomly select two winners and announce them this Friday.
