Happy Birthday Drew!

Six. Six-years-old. I'm not sure how it flew by so fast. Drew was our learning experience for everything. How to hold a newborn. How to change a diaper. How to giggle at the little things. How to deal with the terrible twos (and threes). How to get markers off the walls. How saying "fart" or "poop" in public is sometimes funny. How to give proper hugs. How to officially say "I love you" so that the person knows you love them more than anything in the world, ("I love you, oodles and bunches.") How to get through the first year of school.

I'm looking forward to learning through the six-year-old you and the many adventures we will have. Thank you Drew for being our learning experience as parents and showing us how much it is possible to love one little human being.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DREW AND MOMMY!! I love how you described learning from him. I think we all feel that way about our firstborns. From everything you've shared with us he is a awesome, sweet, rockin, kind, funny, smart little guy. Good luck in this next year of his life. It only gets better.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO DREW AND MOMMY TOO!!
Six years old?? Where has the time gone?!
I still remember when he was a baby with a red mass of curly hair!
*sigh...they grow up way to fast.
Hope you have a ton of fun on your Birthday! :)
