My 5 Favorite Things @ Scrapbook Generation Right Now

1. Making Memories - Specialty Glaze
I haven't bought any of this yet but I'm excited to try it out!! Even though I'm sure we've all had our fill of cold weather, this stuff would be great for a winter snow page!

2. KI Memories - Surprise line
I would have to say that KI is my favorite! I'm sure I'll be using this on Drew's second birthday album. It would definitely work for a boy or a girl. I love the felt flowers, double sided paper, stickers and ribbons! KI always has such fun and colorful product. Did I already say they were my favorite!

3. Prima - Mini Me Flowers
These are just too cute! They come in three different sizes and more colors that you can imagine. You get many different styles and shapes of flowers in each package. I'm pretty sure I bought every color we had! I'm going to use them with my stitching, maybe inside a flourish.

4. BasicGrey - Patterned Paper
BasicGrey is like a staple for every scrapbooker! I love the newest lines, they are so eye catching! I think out of all the patterned papers I have, I've got more BasicGrey than anything else. The thickness of the paper works great for the base of your page without having to back it with cardstock!

5. Colorbox - Fluid Chalk Ink
This product has grown into a must have for me. Just like the Prima flowers, I have these inks in every color. They are great for edging and for stamping. Plus the variety of colors guarantees that you will have the perfect color for any project you are working on!

So I have decided that I'm going to try to do a weekly challenge on my blog. Maybe a monthly!?! What I'm going to do is this: Pick out a certain product to feature. I'll try to use mostly new stuff but I'll might also throw in some new twists on an old product. I'll create a layout using the product and post it on my blog. Anyone who wants to participate can email me a picture of their layout using the product. (I will always be using product from Scrapbook Generation so the product I'm using will always be available to you. I don't want anybody to have to hunt something down!) Then I will pick a winner or maybe draw a name out of all the entries? Not sure on that part of it yet. If you have any suggestions, let me know! I also need to decide on prizes. Maybe a gift certificate to Scrapbook Generation, product, or attending one of my classes for free. I'm not sure yet but I'll talk to mom and try to get it all lined out soon!

Kodi that would be great! Thank you so much for asking! Post a link to yours so I can check it out!

You made my day with the photographer comment! I feel like that is my weakest point! I'm learning and trying to look at things differently through my lens! It's nice to hear that I might actually be doing it right!

Allison,

I think you are too hard on yourself. But I know what that is all about. I think you are just GREAT at everything!!!! Although, if you think you have weaknesses, that will just inspire you to keep improving! I can't imagine you improving much b/c I think you are already Star Quality!
