I just wanted to send out a big thank you to those of you that came to see me on "Allison Davis Day" at the store. (I still laugh anytime I say or type that!) When Mom had told me that she was going to have that day, I was nervous and not exactly comfortable having a me day. I was terrified that nobody would show up! You all made the day a great one and I'm so touched by all of the wonderful and nice things you said about me! Thank you!!! Hopefully I'll have some pictures of the day to post soon!
Guess what I'm doing today! In a little bit I will be out camera shopping! Woohoo! Finally, I might be getting a digital SLR! It's still a big maybe but I'm excited just at the thought of looking!

So good to see you...even though there was no time for chatting. I never have time to shop anymore, so I used my sketch time for that this time. The paper was so cool for the sketch that I was a little overwhelmed about what exactly I wanted to do with it, so I just brought all the stuff home with me. Hopefully I'll get a page made with it soon!
Have you picked a doctor yet? I'm so excited to hear about all that fun stuff. I LOVED BEING PREGNANT! Loved everything about it...all the doctor appointments, ultrasounds, big belly, oooooo and my personal fave...pregnant undies. Those things are killer. I didn't finally throw mine way until about a year ago. They were so comfie I just kept wearing them! LOL!!!!! Seeing you Saturday made me want to speed up my plans to try for our second. I CAN'T WAIT!!!! For now, I'll have to live through you! I'm so excited for you!!!!
Hey girls!! I wish I could have chatted a little longer w/ you guys! I'm telling you we need to go to a crop sometime so we can chat it up....sometimes it's hard to keep up on blog comments, etc. :)
I will be making a call tomorrow to set up an appointment...finally!!! I'm not a big fan of the first appointment where they do the blood work. For some reason people always have the worst time finding my veins. Which basically means I get to be a pin cushion for a few minutes! Lucky me!! :)

So, which doctor did you choose? Maybe the nurse at this new office will do well with your veins. I remember them having a hard time with me when I went in to have Emmarie. I was in so much pain from the actual labor though that I didn't seem to care about the IV trauma. I was in labor for 6 hours before the finally decided to give me my own room. I had to stay in that triage on that horrible hard table. I also remember crying b/c they wouldn't come and get me for my own room. Other people in the triage were being so loud...laughing and carrying on. Obviously not in labor! :) Man, do those memories ever go away? I remember the details of my labor like it was yesterday.

Kodi, I doubt it! I mean I've never had someone that could get one. With Drew, during the blood work I was told that the woman doing the blood work was the best and I had nothing to worry about. She poked around so much that I actually ended up sick. I don't know what the issue is with my veins, nobody has ever given me a reason. You can only imagine what it was like during the glucose screening test! My arms were so bruised!!! The good thing about it...I'll never have to worry about being a heroin addict! j/k...bad joke!
