Wednesday
For this page I made a big ribbon Christmas tree and then stitched "garland" over it. I do have a few strips of paper in the tree since I didn't have the right color of blue ribbon. I love the way the tree turned out. I get so excited when something transfers onto the page exactly like it was in my head.
Thursday
Here I tied ribbon around a few strips of paper. I couldn't get the green lace to stay in a knot so thankfully I happened to have a pin to hold it in place. I love those rare opportunities that I get to use flowers. I figured with this color combo I could use them without it looking to girlish.
Happy Friday! :)
*Also, I'm going to be including all comments for the week in the drawing so you don't have to scroll all the way down to the first post of the week. You can leave a comment on any post for this week and it will be eligible. :)

Both layouts are adorable, but I absolutely LOVE the tree!!! That is such a cute idea and it came out great!! I just may have to give that a try!! TFS!
OMW!! That tree is fantastic! I'm surprised you didn't save that LO to submit.
Ali, I know I've said this before but I love your style so much!!! You seriously need to write a book. Please!!! :D
I love that tree! I just found your blog and I am so inspired by your work - it's really great.
I love the tree - the stitching is fantastic!
What a fun idea with the tree! It looks fabulous. I really like how you used the pin for the green lace knot, too. Pins are always hard for me to use.
I love that tree! :)

LOVE those Santa pics. :) Way cute LO's - I especially love how you did the Christmas tree.
Ali, I just love your work! How clever with the ribbon tree - that sweet boy - I has been fun to watch him in photos and layouts lately. He seems like he just wants his mom ;)

I'm going to be scraplifting your tree!!! It is fantastic!!
The Santa page is my favorite. I think many moms have a photo of a child crying with Santa. Like others, I love the tree. Keep up the work. I love your challenges, provides ideas for the rest of us.
