This is the little boy who last year would give his lunch to a little girl that her parents didn't pay for lunch or attempt to get on the free or reduced lunch program. At school she was given a peanut butter and jelly sandwich every single day that she refused to eat. Drew couldn't stand it and even though it was against the rules he would give her his lunch. It took me awhile to figure out why he was so hungry when he got home from school!
We are so proud of him and the boy he is becoming.
